ConnectCapture support
Get help with your account, a card that needs attention, or your church’s subscription.
Contact us
Email hello@connectcapture.com, or use Report a problem in the app’s Settings. Include your device model, app version, and the steps that caused the issue. Keep passwords, payment card details, and attendee information out of your first message.
Email supportSign-in and password help
Use the same account on iOS and the web. If you forgot your password, request a reset link and check your inbox and spam folder. Open the link in the same browser where you requested it. If the link expires or does not work, request a new one or contact us.
Request a password resetApp Store subscriptions
In the iOS app, open Settings → Subscription to see your church’s plan. Owners can restore purchases using the original church account and Apple Account. Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests for App Store purchases.
If your church subscribed on the web, its owner manages that subscription in the web billing settings. Your existing church access also works in the iOS app; a second subscription is not needed.
Delete an account or request privacy help
In iOS Settings, choose Delete account. Your account access ends when the request is saved. Cleanup normally finishes within 48 hours, and we email you when it is complete. Contact us if you need help or have not received confirmation.
Church-owned cards stay with the team when an individual leaves. Owners transfer ownership to an active teammate, or explicitly delete the workspace if they are its only active member. Copies already exported or synced to Planning Center remain in those destinations.
Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in Apple subscription settings to prevent future charges.
For a request about information on a connect card, contact the church that collected it. You can also email us for help directing a privacy request.
Card capture and AI reading
Use a clear, well-lit JPG, PNG, or HEIC image, up to 15 MB. Card images are sent to OpenAI for text extraction. Always check the suggested details before saving or syncing. If a card cannot be read, retry with a clearer photo or enter the details manually.
