Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
1. Overview
ConnectCapture is a software-as-a-service product for churches and ministry teams. It helps authorized users capture handwritten connect cards, extract contact information through OCR, review the extracted information, store card data and images, and use the information for follow-up.
These Terms and Conditions describe the general rules for accessing and using ConnectCapture and apply to the church, organization, or person that creates or uses an account.
2. Accounts and Authorized Users
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for deciding which church staff members, volunteers, or other team members may access ConnectCapture.
You should only invite authorized church staff or team members who are permitted to view, review, share, or handle the connect card information captured for your church.
3. Church Data and Card Images
Your church may upload or capture images of handwritten connect cards and related information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, notes, and other information voluntarily written on a card.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, notices, and internal practices needed to collect, upload, review, store, share, and follow up using that information.
4. OCR and Review
ConnectCapture may use OCR processing and related systems to support contact information extraction from uploaded connect card images.
OCR output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your team is responsible for reviewing captured information before using it for follow-up, export, or integration with another system.
5. Planning Center and Other Integrations
If your church enables Planning Center integrations or another third-party service, you authorize ConnectCapture to send approved contact information to that service at your direction.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Your church is responsible for its use of those services and for confirming information before sending it.
6. Appropriate Use
You may not use ConnectCapture to upload unlawful content, violate privacy rights, send unauthorized communications, interfere with the service, or access data you are not permitted to access.
You should use ConnectCapture only for legitimate church follow-up, ministry administration, and related internal workflows.
7. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans, free trials, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and taxes should be described in the billing flow or order form presented when your church subscribes.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, subscription access may depend on timely payment and compliance with the plan terms presented at checkout.
8. Service Changes and Availability
ConnectCapture may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. The service may also be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, security issues, or third-party provider interruptions.
No service-level agreement applies unless it is included in a separate written agreement with ConnectCapture.
9. Disclaimers and Limits
To the extent permitted by law, ConnectCapture should be provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in a final signed agreement.
Any limits of liability, exclusions, indemnity obligations, dispute procedures, and governing law should be interpreted according to the final agreement and applicable law.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms and Conditions should be sent to the contact address designated by the ConnectCapture operator.
